Dr. Brittany Mailloux

Dr. Brittany Mailloux is the owner and lead dentist at Mailloux Dentistry, a family-centered practice that provides comprehensive dental care for children and adults in a welcoming, family-centered environment for patients across West Michigan.

In 2023, Dr. Mailloux relocated and remodeled the practice into a state-of-the-art dental facility designed with patient comfort and modern technology in mind, allowing her team to continue providing exceptional care in a welcoming environment.

Dr. Mailloux received her bachelor’s degree from Wayne State University and her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Michigan. During dental school she received faculty recognition in prosthodontics, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and comprehensive care, as well as leadership recognition for forming a student chapter of the American Association of Women Dentists.

While she enjoys providing comprehensive dentistry for patients of all ages, Dr. Mailloux has developed particular passions within the profession. She is deeply committed to orthopedic facial development and airway-focused dentistry for children, helping identify and treat issues related to sleep-disordered breathing and guiding proper growth and development early in life.

She also loves the transformative aspect of dentistry—restoring smiles through dentures, implant prosthetics, and comprehensive restorative care that helps patients regain confidence, comfort, and function.

Dr. Mailloux has continued extensive postgraduate education throughout her career, including completing the Dawson Curriculum, an orthodontic program, and an airway-focused residency. She works closely with trusted local specialists including board-certified oral surgeons and endodontists to provide comprehensive, interdisciplinary care when needed.

In addition to private practice, Dr. Mailloux has served as adjunct faculty with the University of Michigan Dental Outreach program and continues to remain active in advanced dental education.

Outside the office, Dr. Mailloux lives in West Michigan with her husband, Kevin Kross—whom she met in dental school—and their four children. As a busy mom herself, she understands the importance of creating a dental practice where families feel comfortable, cared for, and supported.

Dr. CAITLYNN HAAS

Dr. Caitlynn Haas is a partner dentist at Mailloux Dentistry who provides comprehensive general dentistry with a special interest in esthetic dentistry and Invisalign. She believes that every smile is unique, and what makes one person feel confident may be different from another. Her goal is to help each person achieve a healthy, natural smile that enhances both comfort and confidence.

Dr. Haas especially enjoys helping people restore their oral health—whether that means rebuilding a smile with crown and bridge work, dentures, or implant-supported restorations. She appreciates the thoughtful planning and artistry involved in restorative dentistry and enjoys guiding patients through the process of bringing their smile back to full health, function, and beauty.

Dr. Haas earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Michigan State University and her Doctor of Dental Surgery from University of Michigan School of Dentistry. She completed a General Practice Residency at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago, where she was honored as Resident of the Year.

Committed to continuing education and advanced training, Dr. Haas is a Scholar of The Dawson Academy and an active member of The Dawson Alumni Association, the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, and the Michigan Dental Association. She also participates in a Pankey Study Club to collaborate with colleagues who share a commitment to thoughtful, high-quality dentistry.

Originally from Haslett, Michigan, Dr. Haas now lives in Grand Rapids with her husband, Chip Niquette, an oral surgeon, and their son and daughter. Outside the office, she enjoys exercising, downhill skiing, traveling, and spending time along the Lake Michigan shoreline. She feels fortunate to care for patients along the lakeshore and to be part of such a vibrant West Michigan community.
